RAH 2017: Pre Run day 1

Feb 15, 2017 - Today we spent the day capturing footage for Water Mission Haiti and the Pittsburgh Kids Foundation. Rodger and I went to the EBAC orphanage for the whole afternoon to be with the kids and talk with the caregivers Alice and Cathy. This orphanage was my first introduction to Haiti, and it is always one of my favorite sights to see when I come back each year.

The kids have grown up so much from my first trip, and they are starting to take leadership roles within the orphanage and the community. God is really using this place to spread the word throughout Cap Haitian. 

Team Tassy and the rest of the runners will be arriving on Friday to start the run on Saturday. I am very much looking forward to this group showing up and to start this journey. Thank you for your continued prayers and support.
